About the Friends
Oxford Lieder (registered charity No. 1111458) relies on the invaluable support of the Friends of Oxford Lieder to ensure the continuation of the annual Festival and our year-round events.
Subscription costs have been kept low, but the cumulative effect of the Friends makes a huge difference to our ongoing success.
For an annual subscription of £30 (single membership) or £40 (double membership, i.e. two people at the same address), Friends receive
- Advance booking as well as a guarantee of availability to all events up to two weeks before the Festival
- Complimentary programmes at all Oxford Lieder concert
- Invitations to exclusive receptions at the beginning and end of the Festival
- Temporary membership of the Corner Club, a private members’ club in the heart of Oxford, during the Lieder Festival
