Support Oxford Lieder
Benefactors & Individual Giving
Benefactors play a very significant part in Oxford Lieder's work. The year-round programme benefits a wide range of people and age groups, and the annual Festival best demonstrates the breadth and depth of our programme. Your support for the recitals, activities and projects each year will help to continue and develop the work in several key areas. You can choose to be associated with one or more of these. The levels of Benefactor support are:
Heroes - from £2,500
Support a Celebrity Recital, a particular aspect of the Festival such as a live CD recording, or a singing project for local primary school children
Muses - from £1,000
Support a Rising Star, either singer or pianist, a pair of daytime recitals, free admission early evening 'rush hour' performances in Oxford,or the hire of pianos for the Festival
Sweethearts - from £250
Support Young Artists in recital in the Festival or The Oxford Song Evenings, a project for community participation, commissioning of a new composition, or a Master Class
Wanderers - from £100
Support the Pre-Concert Talks programme, recitals in Oxfordshire villages, or community outreach work such as workshops & free ticket schemes for the disabled, disadvantaged and homeless.
All Benefactors automatically qualify for the benefits offered to Friends of Oxford Lieder (see Friends page), but a number of additional benefits will apply, some according to the level of support, such as:
- Acknowledgement by name in the Festival Programme Benefactors page
- Acknowledgement as supporter of recital(s) or project
