A wonderful opportunity to learn more about performing song:
This masterclass for amateur singers is led by the renowned soprano Sophie Daneman (who also performs at the Festival on 24 October). Each participant will receive 30 minutes of individual coaching and will also gain from observing fellow participants’ sessions throughout the day. At the end of the day, there will be a short informal concert where participants can perform the repertoire they have worked on.
An accompanist will be available and a light lunch is also provided for those taking part.
CLASSES: 10.30am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 4.15pm
CONCERT: 4.30pm

Sophie Daneman studied at the Guildhall School of Music and has established an international reputation in a wide ranging repertoire.
