This year, for the first time, sessions will take place in the centre of town, in the Oakeshott Room at Lincoln College and in the Chapel at Trinity College. Two teaching sessions run concurrently and members of the public are welcome to move between them.
Today’s Mastercourse session begins with a talk (10am-11am) given by Helen Abbott on the poetry of Paul Verlaine. She explores a small handful of poems in detail before coaching the Mastercourse students on Debussy’s settings of Verlaine.
