Tickets FAQ

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be bought online via this website, or by phone on 01865 591 276 (Monday - Friday, 12:00 - 17:00).

How do I get my tickets?

When you purchase your tickets online or via phone, you will receive an email confirmation and your tickets will be attached in a PDF.

What are festival passes?

Festival passes represent the best value for money, and allow you access to all Festival events.

What are e-Tickets and how do I use mine?

e-Tickets are electronic tickets in PDF format (.pdf) sent to you via email attachment when you purchase online. To gain access to the 'Digital Concert Hall' for a specific event, you will need the code on your ticket, so please make sure you have this to hand. Passholders have one code that can be used to access all events. Ticketholders will need to use the code on the ticket specific to the event.

Do you offer student discounts?

We offer £5 student tickets subject to availability.

Do you offer group discounts?

If booking ten or more tickets for a single event, please contact us on 01865 591 276 in advance for possible group discount options.

I've bought a ticket online, but my tickets haven't arrived!

If you've purchased e-Tickets and they haven't arrived, please check your email's junk/spam folder - if nothing is there, please feel free to email [email protected] or phone 01865 591 276. Please include your name, postcode, email address and date of attempted purchase, and we will endeavour to sort out the issue as soon as possible.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend a concert?

Refunds are not available for our October 2020 Virtual Festival.

Will 'in-person' tickets be available for the October 2020 Festival?

Indoor performances with audience are not currently permitted, however should this change, we will endeavour to make in-person attendance possible where feasible.
